- Contact details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, business or company name, and website URL.
- Enquiry content — the message, goals, services of interest, current platform and any other details you choose to include when you contact us, request a free AI audit, or use the AI Visibility Checker.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs and similar analytics data, collected automatically when you browse the site.
The AI Visibility Checker also fetches publicly available information about the website
URL you submit (such as its homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt and
sitemap) in order to score its AI-readiness. It does not access private or authenticated
areas of your site.

- directly from you, when you complete the contact form, the free-audit form, or the AI Visibility Checker, or when you email or call us;

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Some of these providers are located, or store data, outside Australia (including in the United States and the European Union). Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
