Last updated: 29 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hyperdot website (the “Site”), operated by Hyperdot (ACN 700 026 562) (“Hyperdot”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or networks;
  • copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • submit false, misleading or another person’s information through our forms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Hyperdot name and brand, page layouts and code — is owned by or licensed to Hyperdot and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our trade marks or content without our prior written consent.

Services and engagements

The Site provides general information about our services. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and any engagement of Hyperdot for services is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. Information on the Site does not constitute professional, marketing, legal or financial advice, and outcomes from marketing services can vary and are not guaranteed.

AI Visibility Checker and tools

Any tools we provide on the Site, including the AI Visibility Checker, produce indicative results based on publicly available signals at the time of the check. They are provided for general guidance only, do not query third-party AI models directly, and should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Site or its content, and we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperdot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service (or paying the cost of doing so).

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the “Last updated” date above reflecting the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
